{"id":254809,"date":"2026-04-06T23:45:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T23:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/254809\/"},"modified":"2026-04-06T23:45:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T23:45:07","slug":"here-are-the-grand-marshals-for-the-2026-grand-prix-of-long-beach-nbc-los-angeles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/254809\/","title":{"rendered":"Here are the grand marshals for the 2026 Grand Prix of Long Beach \u2013 NBC Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Six athletes who competed at the Olympics and Paralympics in Italy were named grand marshals for the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbclosangeles.com\/tag\/long-beach\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Long Beach<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Among their grand prix weekend roles, the grand marshals will deliver the most famous words in motor racing: &#8220;Drivers, start your engines.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Here are the 2026 Grand Prix of Long Beach grand marshals.<\/p>\n<p>Audrey Crowley, para alpine skiing<\/p>\n<p>Brenna Huckaby, para snowboarding, 2026 bronze medalist<\/p>\n<p>Brody Roybal, sled hockey, 2026 gold medlalist<\/p>\n<p>Declan Farmer, sled hockey, 2026 gold medalist<\/p>\n<p>Jordan Stolz, speedskating, gold and silver medalist<\/p>\n<p>Kaysha Love, bobsled<\/p>\n<p>The athletes are members of Team Honda, the official automotive partner of Team USA and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is a tremendous honor for the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach to recognize these remarkable Team Honda Olympic and Paralympic athletes as our Grand Marshals,&#8221; said Grand Prix Association of Long Beach President and CEO Jim Liaw. &#8220;The Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach has long embraced the tradition of honoring champions from across the sports world, and this year\u2019s Grand Marshal group thrilled audiences around the world with their talent and determination at Milano Cortina 2026 \u2013 we are proud to celebrate their accomplishments here in Long Beach.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach is scheduled for April 17-19. Race weekend will feature the NTT IndyCar Series race on Sunday and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race on Saturday.
