The actual number of sales may even be higher once any late-reported sales are counted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-type=\"paragraph\" data=\"[object Object]\" data-testid=\"paragraph\" class=\"e152o6gh0 css-1hvarng-StyledParagraph\">On the condo side, there were 24 luxury sales\u2014defined as those sold for over $3 million\u2014up a whopping 380% from the same time last year.
