Three lanes were closed as of 8:38 a.m. near the 29th Avenue offramp. All lanes reopened by 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The incident was reported just before 8:10 a.m. It is unknown at this time how much diesel has leaked from the truck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A Caltrans camera showed California Highway Patrol officers at the scene. A truck was stopped in one of the center lanes.
