(KGET) \u2014 The Kern County Coroner\u2019s Office identified a man who was found unresponsive in a southwest Bakersfield residential swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Coroner officials said Eid Aziz Malih, 69, was found unresponsive in a swimming pool on April 6 in a residence in the 10000 block of Vista Del Luna Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Malih was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of his death.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officials with the Bakersfield Police Department told 17 News his death appears \u201cnon-criminal in nature.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
