That explains the bicycle, palm trees, surfboards, shore bird and sailboat graphic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mural was designed by Channin Fulton (@channinfulton) and painted by various artists on the side of PB Express Market &amp; Liquor.
