Or, for $37, you can upgrade to include well drinks.

The deal is a popular draw at the Los Angeles-based chain, which recently debuted in San Diego within the New Orleans-style structure that housed Urban Solace for 12 years. The two-level building sat empty since 2019. It now features a refurbished wrap-around balcony and bars and dining areas on both floors.

3823 30th St., (323) 986-6763.

Baseball bites

The 2026 baseball season swings into action with several new culinary options in and around Petco Park.

Get your pot pie fix at Petco Park this baseball season. Look for a selection of savory and sweet all-butter crust pies.

Japanese curry dishes and seafood are the home runs at CoCo Ichibanya, which has locations in Hillcrest and Kearny Mesa. And near the home plate gate, look for short rib sandwiches and chili-cheese dogs from The Shortstop, a concession that is exclusive to Petco Park.

Just outside the stadium, inside the Simon Levi Building, is the new Diamond Room, a bar-restaurant that beckons to the 1970s. The venture is co-owned by the San Diego Padres.

323 Seventh Ave., (619) 369-8600.

Western vibes with a feminine focus

The mammoth Park Summit tower in Bankers Hill will make way for She Rode West once the mixed-use housing project is completed this summer.

The ground-floor restaurant is a sister venture of the popular steak-centric Cowboy Star in the East Village, except it will offer lighter, more casual fare.
