Forklifts are rolling, partitions are rising and logos are beginning to fill the San Diego Convention Center for the 2026 World of Coffee<\/a> trade show, taking place April 10-12.<\/p>\n

Between a packed education program, cuppings, the Roasters Village, the World Latte Art Championship and a full slate of off-site events, more than 650 exhibitors will also be vying for the attention of thousands of guests. It\u2019s a lot.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been tracking new product releases in the lead-up to the show, with more surprises certain to emerge on the floor. For now, here is a guide to some of what we know is coming:<\/p>\n

Pinecone Swiss Redwood<\/p>\n

At the GH Grinding & Brewing Solutions<\/a> booth (Booth 2941), industrial grinding equipment maker Pinecone Swiss<\/a> will show off the Redwood, a new machine capable of continuous-duty, assembly-line grinding as well as stand-alone functionality.<\/p>\n

Acaia Horizon<\/p>\n

Coffee scale and grinder maker Acaia<\/a> (Booth 1334) is launching the Horizon, a cup-top device that pressurizes a freshly extracted brew to explore its effects on aroma and flavor.<\/p>\n

ColdPerk Commissary 70<\/p>\n

Commercial cold brew equipment maker ColdPerk<\/a> (Booth 800) is introducing the Commissary 70, which it says will generate up to 100 gallons of ready-to-drink cold brew in under two hours.<\/p>\n

Mill City Roasters M-Series<\/p>\n

Commercial roasting equipment maker Mill City Roasters<\/a> (Booth 1345) will bring examples of its new flagship M-Series line<\/a> to San Diego. The models show off the company\u2019s new in-house fabrication in Minneapolis.<\/p>\n

Bunn Platinum Pro<\/p>\n

Newly acquired<\/a> batch-brewing mainstay Bunn<\/a> (Booth 2521) is showing the Platinum Pro, a compact batch brewer with a touchscreen control panel for intricately programming both hot and cold brews.<\/p>\n

Sanremo D8 One<\/p>\n

Italian espresso machine company Sanremo Coffee Machines<\/a> (Booth 2235) is using San Diego for the international launch of the D8 One, a single-group addition to its modular D8 commercial espresso machine platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n

MagoMaga Roma-X<\/p>\n

Chinese home-roaster brand MagoMaga<\/a> (Booth 4153), whose Roma Pro won a Best New Product award at last year\u2019s SCA Expo<\/a>, is following up with the Roma-X \u2014 a fully automated, web-connected, top-to-bottom redesign of its 300-gram-capacity fluid-bed machine.<\/p>\n

Sivetz Electric Fluid-Bed Roasters<\/p>\n

Commercial fluid-bed roaster company Sivetz Roasting Machines<\/a> (Booth 2920) will showcase the 4- and 9-kilo-capacity machines coming through a recent unification with roaster maker Peachey<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Flair Espresso eWizard + Flair 49 Pro<\/p>\n

Home espresso equipment company Flair Espresso<\/a> (Booth 4226) will show off two new products: the eWizard, an electric standalone steam wand; and the Flair 49 Pro espresso maker, centered on a 49-millimeter basket.<\/p>\n

DiFluid Moment<\/p>\n

Coffee analytical equipment maker DiFluid<\/a> (Booth 2549) will introduce the DiFluid Moment, a touchless thermometer that displays the sensory notes present at different temperatures in a given cup, in real time, guiding viewers through the flavor profile as it evolves.<\/p>\n

Ecotact Trace IQ<\/p>\n

Hermetic packaging equipment company Ecotact<\/a> (Booth 3723) will display the Trace IQ, a device that monitors the location and environmental conditions of green coffee shipments in real time.<\/p>\n

Cosori Juni<\/p>\n

Home appliance maker Cosori<\/a> (Booth 738) is expanding its specialty coffee category with the Juni, a programmable, automated single-cup pourover machine that rotates the filter holder, delivers a laminar stream of hot water and vibrates for brew agitation.<\/p>\n
