He is linked to an explosion in Esparto, California, that killed seven people last July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Seven people have been arrested in connection with the deadly fireworks explosion. Chee is currently behind bars, facing 16 felony charges, including murder.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The arrests were carried out under a warrant issued by Yolo County, California.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Channel 9 will have additional updates live at noon.
