Call them on a smartphone as one does with Uber or Lyft. I\u2019m sure there\u2019ll be a voice line for those who need it. It will be cheaper because there will be no driver to support and fewer moving parts will make maintenance cheaper. Central charging stations will consolidate costs and maintenance activity. Maybe robo-taxis will drive into the charging stations and plug themselves in. Fewer people will need to own a car or more than one. There will probably be public benefit cards for the truly needy.<\/p>\n<p>There will be little need for trolleys, buses, light rail, etc. A big load off government budgets.
