The Department of Justice is investigating allegations of sexual assault against former Rep. Eric Swalwell, according to a source with knowledge of the matter.<\/p>\n
Swalwell has been accused by at least five women of sexual assault and harassment and is already under investigation by district attorneys in both\u00a0Los Angeles<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0New York<\/a>.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, Swalwell resigned in disgrace following the allegations.<\/p>\n NOTUS spoke<\/a>\u00a0with women who alleged that Swalwell had an inappropriate relationship with them.
