That\u2019s up 1% from the previous year and accounted for 75% of countywide sales. Busiest seven-figure ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 216 sales.<\/p>\n<p>Prices ranged from $5.20 million in Newport Beach 92662 to $1.02 million in Garden Grove 92841.<\/p>\n<p>There were 25 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,616 \u2013 up 0.2% in a year.
