Bears will take to the waters with 18 other programs this weekend in Sacramento.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tThe No. 9 California women’s rowing team will be one of 19 programs from around the nation competing at the Big Ten Invitational this weekend at Lake Natoma in Sacramento. The Golden Bears are one of eight participating squads ranked in the most recent CRCA Coaches’ Poll.

\nThe two-day invitational will feature all 11 Big Ten programs, in addition to eight others competing in four eights and three fours. A live stream will be available on B1G+<\/a> and live results will be posted here<\/a>. The regatta website with further information can be accessed here<\/a>.

\nThe Bears are coming off a dual with No. 5 Washington last weekend on their home course, Redwood Shores. Cal’s third varsity eight defeated the Huskies, while the first varsity eight was edged by Washington by a slim three-second margin and the first varsity four race was won by the Huskies by under five seconds.\u00a0
