BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Two Bakersfield residents were arrested in Valencia after deputies responded to a suspicious activity call and allegedly found them with meth, burglary tools, stolen copper wire, and unauthorized credit cards.<\/p>\n
The Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department Santa Clarita Valley Station said on Wednesday, April 15, at around 1:30 a.m., a resident reported suspicious activity after noticing two people lingering near a vehicle on the 23600 block of Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia.<\/p>\n
The department said deputies responded to conduct a patrol check and talked to the pair.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, both were found to be in possession of methamphetamine, burglary tools, cut copper wires, and multiple credit cards that did not belong to them.<\/p>\n
The man and woman, both described as being in their 30\u2019s and from Bakersfield, were arrested on several felony charges and remain in custody.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
