The incident occurred around 6:49 p.m. in the area of Burdette Drive and King Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The suspected carjacker, who police did not identify, had brandished a box cutter at several people as they were loading items into the rear of a Lexus car. After stealing the keys to the Lexus by force, the suspect jumped into the driver\u2019s seat and reversed out of the parking spot.
