Pink<\/a> is putting down serious roots in New York City after reportedly striking a deal on a $21.5 million townhouse in Greenwich Village, a move that comes just weeks after the singer revealed she relocated her family from California to support her 14-year-old daughter Willow\u2019s dream of performing on Broadway.<\/p>\n

According to Realtor.com<\/a>, the six-story Greek Revival home is currently pending a sale and is expected to become the primary residence for Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore, along with husband Carey Hart and their two children, Willow and Jameson.<\/p>\n

The property spans nearly 7,900 square feet and includes five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, three office spaces, multiple living areas, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Village.<\/p>\n

The purchase marks a major East Coast shift for Pink, who spent years living on a 25-acre vineyard in California\u2019s Santa Ynez Valley, where she launched her Two Wolves wine label.<\/p>\n

The singer first revealed the family\u2019s move during a March appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, explaining that Willow had begun studying theater in Manhattan.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe actually moved here because I am an amazing mom,\u201d Pink said while guest-hosting the daytime series. \u201cAnd also, so Willow could study theater and experience more Broadway.\u201d<\/p>\n

During Pink\u2019s appearance on Clarkson\u2019s show, the mother-daughter duo performed \u201cHopeless War\u201d from the musical The Outsiders together.<\/p>\n

The new townhouse appears to fit the family\u2019s artistic interests. Originally built in 1849, the home has a long creative history and was previously owned by sculptor Gonzalo Fonseca and painter Elizabeth Kaplan Fonseca.<\/p>\n

Before that, the property belonged to Daniel Chester French, the sculptor behind the Lincoln Memorial, who added a studio to the home in the 1880s. That studio was later used by choreographer Valerie Bettis, whose work appeared in both Hollywood and Broadway productions.<\/p>\n

The listing described the property as \u201ca creative haven\u201d and \u201can artist\u2019s legacy,\u201d noting that it had remained in the same family for nearly 70 years.<\/p>\n

The home also features floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, a marble kitchen with an eight-burner range, and an expansive top-floor entertaining space with a wet bar and private terrace.<\/p>\n
