THAT INCLUDES AUDITING STATE  SPENDING, MONITORING THE MONEY SITUATION FOR LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS, AND OVERSEEING THE PAYROLLS FOR STATE AGENCIES AND THE CSU SYSTEM.
