Authorities identified him as 31-year-old Derrick Hubbard. The other man remained in critical condition at the hospital Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting is currently being investigated and police have not announced any arrests.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The killings were the 15th and 16th homicides investigated by Oakland police this year.
