But the sheriff\u2019s office said it continued to track the driver with its helicopter. A K-9 bit and apprehended the suspect after its vehicle stopped near Garden Highway and I-5, the sheriff\u2019s office said. Elk Grove police will be the primary agency in charge of the case.
