Here\u2019s when they\u2019ll end"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Scattered showers are still moving across the Bay Area Wednesday morning, the back end of a cold, unstable system that delivered downpours, small hail and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/weather\/article\/tornado-warning-fresno-county-22218737.php\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">severe weather<\/a> on Tuesday. Rain chances drop sharply by late afternoon, and most neighborhoods should be dry by the evening commute.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday\u2019s showers are not expected to feature thunder or lightning. The bulk of the rain should clear San Francisco, the Peninsula and East Bay by 8 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Isolated showers are still possible for the rest of the morning, but that risk continues to diminish as the day progresses. A drying trend will pick up momentum and skies should become mostly sunny by the afternoon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Highs Wednesday stay on the cool side, running about 5 to 10 degrees below normal for late April.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The North Bay dries out first and should see sunshine by the late morning with highs in the upper 60s in Santa Rosa and the mid-60s in San Rafael and Napa. San Francisco, Oakland and the East Bay will see temperatures in the mid-60s. San Jose and the Santa Clara valley should top out in the upper 60s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Clearing continues overnight, with lows in the upper 40s to low 50s.
