Anaheim St. in Wilmington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In March, developer <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/supportive-housing-breaks-ground-728-lagoon-ave-wilmington\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Holos Communities broke ground on a permanent supportive housing complex in Wilmington<\/a>. In April, Holos Communities once again broke ground on a supportive housing complex in Wilmington.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/gb-construction\/posts\/?feedView=all\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">At a ceremony last week<\/a>, Holos and partner TPC Homes commenced construction on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holoscommunities.org\/predevelopment-safeharbor-1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Safe Harbor I<\/a>, a project <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/new-look-holos-communites-supportive-housing-828-anaheim-st-wilmington\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">located at 828 W. Anaheim Street.<\/a> Plans call for the construction of a four-story building featuring50 two-bedroom apartments &#8211; one of which would be set aside for an on-site manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The ground floor includes a community room that utilizes large glass openings overlooking natural planted and paved plaza-like spaces with opportunities for social interaction,&#8221; states a landing page from the Holos Communities website. &#8220;At the main site entry, the project provides staff offices for case managers, property management, a supervisor as well as a meeting space. Picnic areas and seating are nested in native plantings and are distributed throughout tenant areas on the ground floor.
