The median selling price dipped year-over-year in 53% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.<\/p>\n

Looking at the 85 local ZIP codes with comparable sales in February 2026, prices increased in 40 and decreased in 45.<\/p>\n

Priciest ZIP, among those with five or more sales? Corona Del Mar 92625 with a $4.49 million median.<\/p>\n

Cheapest? Laguna Woods 92637\u2019s $523,600 median.<\/p>\n

Sales were up in 33 ZIPs, down in 47 and unchanged in five. Busiest ZIP? Irvine 92618 had 52 sales.<\/p>\n

Overall, the countywide median<\/a> of $1.16 million was up 0.2% over the past 12 months. Total sales of 1,746 were down 9% year-over-year.<\/p>\n
