Eastbound lanes four and five were closed to traffic due to flooding.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">***TRAFFIC ALERT on I-80 e\/b***<\/p>\n<p>Due to water main break above, the #4 &amp; 5 traffic lanes of I-80 e\/b (SF\/Oakland Bay Bridge) in the Treasure Island tunnel are temporarily closed due to flooding. Caltrans &amp; SF Fire are currently on-scene attempting to resolve the incident. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Oefx5VkWmy\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/Oefx5VkWmy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CHP San Francisco (@CHPSanFrancisco) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CHPSanFrancisco\/status\/2046691225257091244?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">April 21, 2026<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>Crews from Caltrans and the San Francisco Fire Department responded to the scene, and all lanes were re-opened 45 minutes later.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers were advised to still use caution when driving through the tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>The post was updated with the correct day \u2014 Tuesday.
