It was confirmed as an EF-0 with estimated winds of 70 mph. No damage was seen by air but the report was verified via video and radar evidence. The Hanford Storm Survey team verified another tornado at 3:30 p.m. near Atwater in Merced County. A third tornado report from 5:09 p.m. found damage near Clovis in Fresno County indicative of an EF-1 tornado with peak winds of 95 mph. The National Weather Service said two hardwood trees were snapped in half. The fourth tornado was reported at 6:33 p.m. in the Terra Bella area of Tulare County. A storm survey team from NWS Hanford confirmed an EF-0 tornado with peak winds of 80 mph. Two videos showed \u201cwell developed funnel and rotation,\u201d the NWS said.
