A third tornado report from 5:09 p.m. found damage near Clovis in Fresno County indicative of an EF-1 tornado with peak winds of 95 mph. The National Weather Service said two hardwood trees were snapped in half. The fourth tornado was reported at 6:33 p.m. in the Terra Bella area of Tulare County. A storm survey team from NWS Hanford confirmed an EF-0 tornado with peak winds of 80 mph. Two videos showed \u201cwell developed funnel and rotation,\u201d the NWS said.
