McDonald’s golden arches will rise in Oakland, according to The Goldstein Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Neil Goldstein, principal at the Paramus-based full-service commercial real estate brokerage, announced placing the fast food giant at 24 W. Oakland Ave. on Oct. 27.<\/p>\n

McDonald’s will develop a 4,500-square-foot restaurant at the site, located at the signalized intersection of West Oakland Avenue and Route 202.<\/p>\n

The Goldstein Group President Chuck Lanyard and Vice President Marc Palestina represented McDonald’s. Laurence Leibowitz and David Zolotorofe represented the landlord, Landmark Oakland 24 LLC.<\/p>\n

The announcement did not diclose further terms. According to a person familiar with the matter, the site is expected to be complete in early 2026.<\/p>\n

“We were pleased to assist McDonald’s in expanding their presence in northern New Jersey,\u201d Lanyard said. \u201cThis Oakland site, adjacent to I-287, is a prime location with great highway exposure and access.”<\/p>\n

Other area tenants include many recognizable names, such as Walgreens, Shop Rite, Columbia Bank, City MD, Ace Hardware, Chase Bank, 84 Lumber, Staples, Dollar Tree, Atlantic Health, Sherwin Williams, Valley Bank, Verizon, Bubbakoo\u2019s Burritos, Dunkin Donuts, Leslie Pool, Burger King, KFC and Taco Bell.<\/p>\n

The largest fast-food chain worldwide, McDonald’s serves more than 69 million customers each day. Its over 40,000 stores<\/a> occupy space in 100-plus countries.<\/p>\n
