The new airport location marks an exciting milestone both for the restaurant and for FAT, as the airport continues its ambitious FATForward\u00a0transformation \u2014 a $150 million terminal expansion project designed to elevate the passenger experience and support future growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe opening of Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant in the new Concourse B brings an exciting and welcoming vibe for passengers traveling through Fresno Yosemite International Airport,\u201d said City of Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer.\u00a0\u201cA staple in our community for decades, Los Amigos represents the rich culinary heritage of our region. As our airport continues to grow, we remain focused on creating a memorable experience for our passengers by offering more dining options that showcase the great flavors our region has to offer.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As the final new restaurant delivered by SSP America at FAT in this phase of the airport\u2019s development, Los Amigos represents both a milestone for the concessions program and a meaningful addition to the passenger experience. In addition to seated dining, the concept includes a full-service bar featuring margaritas, mezcal-forward cocktails, beer, wine, and other specialty beverages, along with a panader\u00eda serving coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and grab-and-go items for passengers on the move.<\/p>\n<p>The menu reflects the character and generosity of the original Fresno restaurant, offering travelers a lively mix of authentic Mexican favorites and travel-friendly options.
