The Los Angeles Sheriff\u2019s Department bomb squad responded and located two devices, which were found to be \u201cincendiary.\u201d Google maps<\/p>\n
The mother was dropping off her other son at school when she received a call from her daughter notifying her about the stabbing at her brother\u2019s school. <\/p>\n
\u201cShe told me that a student had brought a knife and wanted to stab other students,\u201d she said. \u201cMy son ran and hid.\u201d<\/p>\n
Morales recalled learning her son had been in the cafeteria, not far from the main office, when he heard a scuffle and witnessed someone being attacked. <\/p>\n
After witnessing the stabbing, he told seven other students to hide in a storage room and blockaded the door with a chair. <\/p>\n
The students also used black trash bags to cover themselves and hide, the frightened mother said. <\/p>\n
