El Centro Ave., just a block from Larchmont and Paramount Pictures, and the 193-unit Jardine Hollywood towers at 6390 De Longpre Ave., which is less than a block from Netflix\u2019s Los Angeles headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>With these purchases, Advanced now owns nearly 13,000 units in Southern California, according to company officials.<\/p>\n<p>The JLL team of Blake A. Rogers, Dillon Bergum, Alexandra C.
