The driver pulled over the LE Coco Coupe Electric LSV Golf Car and determined that the person behind the wheel was driving with a suspended license.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">California law allows for low-speed vehicles or roads where the speed limit is 35 mph or less.
