Steps away from San Francisco\u2019s Billionaires\u2019 Row<\/a>, where people recognized the world over reside, a home that was once the most expensive listing in the city has finally sold.<\/p>\n

Arriving on the market in February 2023 for $35 million<\/a>, the 9,625-square-foot mansion was the priciest home in the city until the listing was pulled in June of that year. With six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, 2830 Pacific Ave. offers sweeping bay views and a number of luxurious amenities, including a 1,500-bottle, temperature-controlled wine cellar and an elevator to ferry residents across the home\u2019s four levels.<\/p>\n

Built in 1910 and situated on a spacious 9,408-square-foot lot, the home has lived many lives, including a 2009 stint as a Decorator Showcase property<\/a>. Designers by the likes of Nicole Hollis<\/a>, Myra Hoefer<\/a> and Jennifer Weiss Design<\/a> transformed the space, further adorning it with marble, crown molding and luxe fabrics. The property sold for $8.4 million the following year, a steal compared with its massive markup in 2023.<\/p>\n

For the newest owners, and those lucky enough to have called 2830 Pacific Ave. home in the past, the dwelling has it all.<\/p>\n
