See if your pet (or pets) has what it takes to win The Fresno Bee\u2019s contest to find the cutest cat and dog.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">We will have two separate contests to find the cutest cat and the cutest dog in Fresno County. Here\u2019s how to enter:<\/p>\n<p>Submit a photo of your pet with their name and other details<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Submit a photo of your pet with their name and other information no later than 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Anyone can submit their cat and\/or dog for the contest. You can submit multiple pets, but you must use a separate submission form for each pet.<\/p>\n<p>Cat submissions<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Click <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfgR1L88OqTGFuOiKmGQfQpZ-PLZHW0e8g2DY4Es83c_f-uRQ\/viewform?usp=header\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:here;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">here<\/a> to submit a photo of your cat. <\/p>\n<p>Dog submissions<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Click <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc3SL0LXH_afuT4Dvk6boMOswQzbGJsV2zWwszApRCmjVzsuA\/viewform?usp=header\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:here;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">here<\/a> to submit a photo of your dog.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">If more than 50 submissions are received, a newsroom committee made up of Fresno Bee pet lovers will choose the Top 50 from the submissions. Those Top 50 will move to the public voting rounds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Once voting opens, you can vote as many times as you wish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Cutest cat and dog contests are taking place at more than 20 McClatchy newspapers across the country. The winners from each market will automatically be entered into a second contest to determine the Cutest Cat and Cutest Dog in the country, launching Monday, Nov. 10.<\/p>\n<p>Voting schedule<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Voting will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, and end at midnight on Wednesday, Oct. 22.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The top 10 dogs and cats will move on for the second round, with voting starting at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Voting for Round 2 ends at midnight on Monday, Oct. 27.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Winners will be announced at 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fresnobee.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:fresnobee.com;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">fresnobee.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Remember: This poll isn\u2019t scientific \u2014 it\u2019s for fun!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Think your pet is the cutest of all the pets in Fresno County?
