{"id":303148,"date":"2026-05-06T21:11:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T21:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/303148\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T21:11:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T21:11:07","slug":"overnight-closure-scheduled-at-i-680-i-580-connector-ramp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/303148\/","title":{"rendered":"Overnight closure scheduled at I-680\/I-580 connector ramp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CONCORD \u2014 Freeway repair work by Caltrans will cause the partial closure of a major East Bay freeway interchange this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Two lanes connecting southbound Interstate 680 to the eastbound Interstate 580 connector ramp will not be open beginning at 9 p.m. Sunday. The shutdown will last until 5 a.m. Monday, with the lanes open in time for the morning commute.<\/p>\n<p>Caltrans will detour drivers on southbound I-680 at the Stoneridge Drive exit, south of the connector ramp. Those drivers than can go left on Stoneridge Drive and use a right-lane entrance to get back onto northbound I-680.
