When they arrived, police attempted to make contact with the suspect, who had locked himself inside the home of an adult male victim. Authorities quickly established a perimeter as the situation escalated.<\/p>\n<p>SWAT teams were called in to safely resolve the standoff. After a coordinated response, officers were able to take the suspect into custody without reported injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Police identified the suspect as Run Peov, a 47-year-old Long Beach resident.
