The additions will include programming centered on Latin cuisine and a Japan Pavilion highlighting Japanese food products and culinary culture.<\/p>\n<p>Chef and television personality Tyler Florence is scheduled to appear in a featured discussion during the event. Organizers said Florence will discuss trends in the restaurant industry and his latest cookbook.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will also include workshops and panel discussions addressing restaurant management, profitability and operational challenges facing the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n<p>Returning for a third year, the California Pizza Challenge will be held as part of the Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion.
