Known for building blended-wing-body planes that saves on fuel costs, JetZero raised $175 million in series B financing this January, which will be used to accelerate a functioning prototype of its Z4 plane. Previously, the company landed a $235 million deal with the Department of the Air Force in 2023 to fast-track a demonstrating prototype by 2027.
