Tyler will modernize corrections operations for the fourth largest county in the state<\/p>\n
PLANO, Texas, May 12, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Tyler Technologies, Inc.<\/a> (NYSE: TYL) today announced it has signed an agreement with the Riverside County, California, Sheriff\u2019s Office (RSO) for Tyler\u2019s Enterprise Corrections<\/a>.<\/p>\n Tyler was selected following a comprehensive RFP process guided by consulting firm National Public Safety Group to replace the RSO\u2019s legacy jail management system that has been in place for the past 30 years. Tyler\u2019s Enterprise Corrections will be powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the cloud, helping to modernize corrections operations for five jail facilities in the county. The new system will bring several improvements and new capabilities to the RSO, allowing the office to:<\/p>\n Mitigate potential logistics issues and hardware management risk often associated with an on-premise deployment<\/p>\n Optimize operations such as intake and release, population management, and safety and security within its facilities<\/p>\n Support employee efficiency and cost-effective process improvements<\/p>\n Enhance safety of both corrections officers and inmates through a reliable, robust, and premier jail management system<\/p>\n “Correctional facilities are under pressure to \u2018do more with less\u2019 while maximizing efficiency and maintaining staff and inmate safety,” said Mandye Robinson, general manager of Tyler\u2019s Enterprise Corrections. “Our solution will help the Riverside County Sheriff\u2019s Office modernize and streamline its corrections operations.
