The statement is valid from Saturday 6 p.m. until Monday May 18, at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNorthwest swell from 290 degrees with a period of 9 \u2013 10 seconds will generate surf of 4 \u2013 6 ft, with local sets to 7 ft,\u201d can be anticipated according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/sgx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">NWS San Diego CA<\/a>. \u201cHigh tides of 6.5 to 7 feet combined with elevated may result in minor tidal overflow for beach parking lots and boardwalks.
