In the mood for a good sweat session? Look no further than FIT Social\u2019s one-year anniversary celebration this Saturday.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re unfamiliar with FIT Social, the venue is a large outdoor beach club aimed at capturing San Diego\u2019s wellness vibes<\/a>. Described as a \u201csocial wellness destination,\u201d the oceanfront property on Mission Beach<\/a>\u2018s boardwalk features healthy dining, fitness classes, and more.<\/p>\n On Saturday, May 16, FIT Social will be celebrating one year of hosting Instagram-worthy wellness events with a two-for-one sweat session from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon. <\/p>\n Described as a \u201ccurated morning of performance, restoration, and connection by the beach,\u201d the event will feature a 5K run in collaboration with Road Runner Sports followed by an upbeat high intensity interval training (HIIT) session meant to challenge and energize.<\/p>\n After the workouts, attendees can kick back and relax on San Diego\u2019s stunning beaches and enjoy live music, wellness vendors, a free glass of rose, and additional surprises to nourish your mind and body.<\/p>\n \u201cWhether you come solo or with friends, this is your space to move, recharge, and connect with the Fit community,\u201d the organizers wrote of the event.<\/p>\n Mats for the HIIT class will be provided courtesy of St. James Iced Tea, but the organizers said to bring a water bottle and towel.<\/p>\n Tickets to the event are still available but selling fast.
