An area of low pressure that was coming across the Gulf of Alaska is part of the atmospheric puzzle leading to our latest changes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"KBAK\/KBFX\" class=\"ImageEmbed_image__qZBo_\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/443392a6-202d-4938-85e1-b36a110e0c1b-satellite.JPG\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The trajectory of this trough places it from the Pacific Northwest southeast into the Great Basin of Nevada and Utah.
