(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 A bakery chain known for its Asian-style pastries and its Guatemalan coffee is opening a new location this weekend at The Marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>85 Degrees Celsius Bakery Cafe is set to open Saturday at 9 a.m. The chain currently operates six locations in Southern California, and now has its first in Kern County.
