(KFSN) &#8212; Dozens of firefighters were able to contain a large grass fire near the Highway 41 off-ramp and &#8220;O&#8221; Street in Downtown Fresno on Saturday, officials say.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The fire broke out just after 2 p.m. and quickly spread to nearby warehouses on Santa Fe Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Two warehouses suffered minor damage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Fire officials say they were concerned that the flames would spread to neighboring warehouses storing flammable chemicals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Firefighters were able to contain the fire before it reached those areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">The cause of the fire remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 KFSN-TV.
