(KFSN) &#8212; A judge has sided with the City of Fresno, giving it control of Granite Park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The court ruled on Friday that a part of the central Fresno sports complex&#8217;s lease agreement had been breached between the city and the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation (CVCSF).<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">City officials claim the CVCSF failed to provide billboard revenue and proper insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Action News has reached out to the CVCSF for comment.
