The bar on 7200 Franklin Blvd. now operates as Score Bar &amp; Lounge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Shortly after midnight on Easter Sunday, Zeigler fired seven shots at the man, striking him and three bystanders, prosecutors said. Robert Earl Daniel, a 33-year-old bystander, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacbee.com\/news\/local\/crime\/article260737907.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"elm:link;elmt:article_link;slk:was shot in the back and killed;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;context_link&quot;,&quot;yModuleName&quot;:&quot;content-canvas&quot;,&quot;yLinkText&quot;:&quot;was shot in the back and killed&quot;}\" class=\"link \">was shot in the back and killed<\/a>, according to previous Bee reporting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Zeigler was arrested days later and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on a murder charge<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Prosecutors said an allegation that Zeigler has prior strike convictions for robbery and carjacking will be decided at sentencing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Zeigler, who remains in Main Jail custody, faces a maximum sentence of 123 years to life in prison.
