The man bought his winning ticket at Main Street Convenience Inc., located at 402 South Main Street in Ann Arbor.<\/p>\n
\u201cI stopped at the store and bought three lottery tickets,\u201d said the man \u201cI didn\u2019t win anything on the first two tickets, then I scratched the third ticket and was in total disbelief when I saw I\u2019d won $1 million.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel so blessed to win a prize like this. It\u2019s going to give our family a sense of financial security and will allow us to give our kids a better future.\u201d said<\/p>\n
The man recently visited Lottery headquarters to claim the big prize.<\/p>\n
He chose to receive his prize as a one-time lump sum payment of about $693,000 rather than annuity payments for the full amount.<\/p>\n
With his winnings, he plans to start college funds for his children.<\/p>\n
