The updated proposal for the site looks to bring 31 units of affordable housing, a sizable increase in residential capacity compared with the previous iteration filed by the same developer. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/neighborhoods\/san-francisco\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">San Francisco<\/a>-based <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/maracor-development\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Maracor Development<\/a> is responsible for the application filing through Skyline Redwood LLC.<\/p>\n<p>Further information about the proposed development has yet to be published. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/sdg-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SDG Architects<\/a> was responsible for drafting the previous design. Filed in early 2021, the application was for 20 two and three-bedroom apartments above 3,000 square feet of retail.
