But Monroe said they were rushed to a local hospital after receiving CPR.<\/p>\n<p>Monroe said the child\u2019s father was standing nearby when the collision occurred around midday Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the vehicle did not see the child while they were pulling into the complex at the 9100 block of Tuolumne Drive in the La Riviera neighborhood.
