(KRON<\/a>) \u2014 A vigil is planned Monday for an Oakland coffee shop owner who has been missing for more than two months<\/a>. Amy Hillyard, 52, disappeared virtually without a trace back on March 25.<\/p>\n

According to her husband, she had a therapy appointment the day she disappeared. Sometime after she returned home, she vanished with her keys, purse, phone and wallet all left at the family home. The back door was also found open, although there was no note or any kind of explanation.<\/p>\n

On Monday, members of a group dedicated to finding Hillyard are holding a \u201cVigil of Hope & Awareness for Amy Hillyard\u201d at Mandana Plaza Park in Oakland. The vigil, the group said, is also in recognition of National Missing Persons Month and the hundreds of Bay Area individuals who go missing each year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will gather in solidarity honoring all families searching for loved ones,\u201d a flyer for the event reads.<\/p>\n

Friends and family members of Hillyard have continued searching for her, sometimes passing out flyers on trails that she was known to walk. Police say there is no indication of foul play or that a crime was committed in relation to Hillyard\u2019s mysterious disappearance.<\/p>\n

Monday\u2019s vigil is planned for 7 p.m. Monday evening.<\/p>\n
