Here\u2019s a roundup of what\u2019s happening across the region.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum Carlsbad Welcomes Tecovas and Abercrombie &amp; Fitch<br \/>Two iconic brands are joining North County\u2019s retail scene this fall. Tecovas, the fast-growing Western-wear brand from Austin, opened its first North County store on Oct. 31, with live music, complimentary drinks, gift bags for early shoppers, and in-store leather stamping. Abercrombie &amp; Fitch will debut its new Carlsbad location in November, offering classic denim, outerwear, and everyday essentials. Next-day delivery is free for orders over $35, and Target Circle 360 members can access the service with no minimum. Additionally, Target is expanding its Clothing Take Back Program to 37 California stores, including eight in the San Diego area, providing an easy way for customers to recycle unwanted clothing responsibly. Highlights include stamps honoring Muhammad Ali and Bruce Lee; a Black Heritage issue for Phillis Wheatley; a Lowriders pane; seasonal sets such as Sunflowers and \u201cA Day at the Beach\u201d; commemorative issues for Route 66 and Colorado statehood; and wildlife-themed panes including bald eagles and squirrels, and chipmunks. Postal products and stamps will be available through the Postal Store, select post offices, and the USPS Officially Licensed Collection on Amazon.
