OCEANSIDE, NY \u2014 An investigation into the person who made a bomb threat at Oceanside High School Tuesday is ongoing after that bomb threat was deemed non-credible, police said Wednesday morning. <\/p>\n
Nassau County police said the bomb threat was called in at 1:56 p.m. with the school being evacuated after the threat. With the building evacuated, police began an investigation to assess the legitimacy of the threat. <\/p>\n
\u201cAs we did our search, the search yielded no results,\u201d a department spokesperson said Wednesday. <\/p>\n
The search wrapped up between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m., police said. In the aftermath of the investigation at the high school, police said the department is still investigating to find the individual who called in the threat. A department spokesperson said they could not comment on what charges that individual may face. <\/p>\n
