(KGET) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community\u2019s assistance in identifying a man who allegedly broke into a storage unit and stole personal items on May 14.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The alleged incident was reported in the 4600 block of Buck Owens Boulevard at about 5 a.m. when a man forced entry into a storage unit and stole personal items.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"103\" height=\"185\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6adb84d69a13d152a93cd3df7787448d.jpeg\"\/><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"174\" height=\"184\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2f34e412596d799be4959e22bb610c88.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Bakersfield Police Department described the man as in his 30s, 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a slim build.
