The transportation measure, set to expire in 2027, is still struggling to make it onto the ballot<\/a> for renewal in November. However, Clovis officials said the remaining Measure C is anticipated to be sufficient to fund $3.8 million of the $17.7 million for neighborhood development.<\/p>\n In the proposed budget, Clovis noted that affordable housing programs will have an investment of over $6 million.
